Why GSS exists
Most contaminated land and asbestos work is won by big firms and delivered by junior staff. Grounded Site Solutions was started to be the other thing — senior input on every job, no padding, no handoffs.
Seven years across mid-tier consultancies, a Tier-1 firm and an EPA-audited remediation specialist taught one consistent lesson: the work isn’t won in the proposal, it’s won by turning up to site and writing reports a regulator can actually use.
How we work
We turn up to site. Reports are written from real observations, not from desk-only walkovers.
We write for regulators, not for marketing. PSIs, DSIs, RAPs and validation reports are structured to pass an EPA review the first time.
We coordinate, not delegate. Subcontractors, removalists and laboratories are managed day-to-day, not handed a scope and chased.
We say no to scope we can’t do properly. If a job needs disciplines we don’t cover, we’ll say so up front and refer it on.
Who we are

Seven years of consulting experience across Hazmat Plus, Prensa, GHD, Raw Earth Environmental and Bluestone Environmental — covering soil and groundwater investigations, large-scale remediation including PFAS at a Commonwealth defence asset, and asbestos surveys, clearances and air monitoring across NSW and QLD.
