How quickly can you mobilise to a site?
Most NSW and QLD metro sites within 2 to 3 business days. Urgent asbestos clearances and air monitoring can usually be turned around faster. Call to discuss.
Do you sub-contract LAA work?
No. Asbestos assessments, clearances and air monitoring are delivered directly by the Licensed Asbestos Assessor. Lab analysis is sent to NATA-accredited laboratories.
Do you handle removal as well as assessment?
Removal is performed by licensed asbestos removalists, not by GSS. We scope the removal works, oversee the contractor, monitor air quality and clear the area on completion.
Can you work under EPA accredited site auditor oversight?
Yes. Recent projects include owner-side delivery of remediation under NSW EPA accredited site auditor review, from PSI through to validation.
Do you provide fixed-fee quotes?
For well-scoped work like PSIs, hazmat surveys and clearance jobs, yes. For DSIs and remediation oversight, fees are typically scoped in stages with clear deliverables at each gate.
What regions do you cover?
NSW and QLD as standard, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong. Regional mobilisation by arrangement.
