In NSW, the framework is set by the Contaminated Land Management Act and the accredited site auditor process. In QLD, the Environmental Protection Act governs the same ground. We’ve worked alongside NSW EPA accredited auditors directly on remediation projects — meaning the reports are written knowing what an audit will look at.
