In NSW, work is delivered within the framework of the Contaminated Land Management Act and the accredited site auditor process. In Queensland, the Environmental Protection Act applies. We have direct experience working alongside NSW EPA accredited site auditors on remediation projects.
Common contaminants of concern include PFAS, hydrocarbons, heavy metals and historic fill. The practice covers both desktop and field-based work, with reports prepared to a standard suitable for regulator and auditor review.
